What we never collect
We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking details. Where payment is taken online, it is handled entirely by the payment provider on their own secure systems — those details never reach us.
We do not knowingly collect information from children.
How we use your information
- To process, pack and deliver your order.
- To answer your enquiries and provide support.
- To send order updates by WhatsApp or email.
- To send occasional brand news — only if you have asked us to, and you can stop at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes, and your contact details for as long as you remain in touch with us. If you would like your details removed, simply ask and we will delete what we are not legally required to keep.
