Dispatch
Orders are usually packed and handed to our courier within 2–4 business days of confirmation. If something you have ordered is being freshly made, or if we are in a festival period, it may take a little longer — we will always tell you if that is the case.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, most orders within India arrive in 4–8 business days, depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take a few days longer.
These are estimates, not guarantees — once a parcel is with the courier, its progress is in their hands.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Orders over ₹999 ship free within India.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel is handed over, we will send you the courier details and tracking number by WhatsApp or email so you can follow it to your door.
Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming — we can only change it if the order has not yet been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available to receive it, we will get in touch to arrange redelivery; a further shipping charge may apply.
Deliveries outside India
We do not currently ship internationally. If you are outside India and would like our products, do write to us — we would love to hear from you and will let you know if that changes.

If something goes wrong
If your parcel is delayed well beyond the estimates above, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right. See our Returns & Refunds policy for how that works.
